CORAL SPRINGS ORCHID SOCIETY MEMBER RAMBLE - JULY 2018
Our July Members Only Ramble was alot of fun yesterday with a small interuption that made us take cover from a quick moving rain storm! We all enjoyed seeing Zoe's many varieties of orchids as well as touring her different growing areas. She has such a nice collection of orchids mounted in trees throughout her property too. We had Q&A, refreshments (thank you Sue & Rosemarie for adding some goodies) & a special thank you to Zoe & Chris & Tom Binder for donating to the free orchid raffle plants! Enjoy the slide show.
CSOS Bus Ramble to the Miami International Orchid Show 10/1/2018
What a fabulous day for our members who joined us on our bus ramble today to the Miami International Orchid Show! All were aboard on the bus as we were on the road by 10 am. The show was great! So many beautiful orchids displays & we all visited each vendor! Thank you Dan for setting up such a nice room just for CSOS members to enjoy lunch & take a break throughout the day. Wow! Coming back the bus was loaded with all our bargains & treasures!!! We had so much fun including some raffles on the bus on our way back
CSOS October Meeting - VENDOR AUCTION

It’s that time of year again! Our October 15, 2018 meeting we will be hosting our annual Vendor Auction as our major fund raiser for the year. It is an exciting event as well as a great opportunity for our members to win quality plants from various vendors at great prices!!!! What a great way to add to your orchid collection. See you all there. Have fun bidding!!

CSOS October Meeting - VENDOR AUCTION

Our annual fundraiser Vendor Auction was a huge success this year! With over 100 orchids, supplies, glassware offered quite the selection! Thank you to all our members for their support & special thanks to all our Vendors who made this our most successful auction yet!
Our October CSOS Members only Ramble was held at the home of Olivier Turinar. He grows many different types of orchids but his passion is growing “Catasetums”. For his presentation he explained the catasetum culture & shared with us why he finds them so interesting & fun to grow. We enjoyed touring his fabulous growing area & seeing his other type orchids he grows. Olivier was quite the host making us homemade Tiramisu! Thank you Olivier for a wonderful visit!

Our November 2018 CSOS Members Only Ramble
Our CSOS November "Members" only Ramble, November 10th was held at Mickey's Orchids in Ft Lauderdale. Mickey's Orchids has been in business since 1962. Their collection contains over 10,000 orchids as well as select foliage plants!! We had such an enjoyable & informative time! Thank you Gale, Jose, & Dan!
